Position Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or in process of obtaining one in Psychology or related field, preferred.
• Hold the RBT credential or be willing to obtain credentialing (we can help with that process).
• Experience working with children preferred. Experience working with individuals with autism and related disorders is a plus!
• Sessions are conducted in English; fluent English is required.

Job Duties and Description:

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children diagnosed with autism and related disorders at the client’s house.
• Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect data on a daily basis.
• Communicate with parents and caregivers regarding session progress.
• Attend company trainings and meetings.
